AERNOVA SHARE SUPERVISION SYSTEM

Aernova SHARE is a centralized supervision system designed for the monitoring, management and operational optimization of Aernova units through local and remote access.

Aernova Share Centralized Supervision System

General Description

Aernova SHARE allows the collection, processing and storage of unit operating data, ensuring complete control of the system through a web interface accessible from smartphones, tablets and PCs with Android, iOS and Windows systems via Internet connection.

The system provides simple and centralized plant management, with the possibility of local access through an optional touch display or remote access through a web browser.

System Architecture

The system consists of:

  • Aernova supervision gateway
  • Serial bus connection between gateway and units
  • Optional local 7” or 10” touch display
  • LAN or Wi-Fi Internet connection

Communication

Communication between the gateway and the machines takes place through a dedicated bus cable, installed with RS485 daisy-chain configuration, without star connections and with progressive connection of all units to be supervised.

Bus cabling is the responsibility of the installer.

Commissioning and Configuration

After the physical installation of the system, commissioning is carried out by a specialized Aernova technician, including:

  • Unique addressing of each unit
  • Assignment of peripheral identification numbers
  • Communication parameter configuration
  • Internet connection configuration
  • User credential creation
  • Graphic interface customization

Access Methods

  • Local access through optional touch display or fixed network IP address
  • Remote access through LAN or Wi-Fi Internet network
  • Access via multi-platform compatible web browser
  • Authentication through personal username/password credentials

Web access is guaranteed through Aernova’s proprietary cloud infrastructure, included for a period of 5 years and renewable upon request.

Operating Functions

Plant control

  • Unit switching on and off
  • Room temperature adjustment
  • Humidity adjustment
  • Plant fluid temperature management
  • Operating setpoint modification

Scheduling

  • Creation of customized time schedules
  • Planning of programmed activities
  • Configuration of scenarios and advanced logic rules
  • Automatic sending of periodic reports
  • E-mail notifications for alarms or events

Monitoring and diagnostics

  • Machine status display
  • Reading of probes and operating parameters
  • Display of active and historical alarms
  • Historical graphic analysis of variables

Data management

  • Creation of customized charts
  • Configurable variable history
  • Data export in CSV format
  • Plant performance analysis

User Management

The system allows the creation of users with different access levels:

  • User - operator
  • Service - maintenance
  • Factory / Administrator - manufacturer level and advanced programming

Distinctive Features

  • Centralized multi-unit supervision
  • Secure remote access via Internet
  • Scalable and modular architecture
  • Intuitive interface
  • Preventive maintenance support
  • No recurring license for continuous use
  • No mandatory paid software updates

Network Configuration

The system is supplied by default with DHCP configuration, allowing Internet provider changes and connection mode changes without dedicated technical intervention.

In case of static IP configuration, any changes can be made through a direct PC → SHARE connection via LAN cable or through Factory access from the touch display.

Web access and firewall requirements

For remote access through a proprietary network with a dedicated router, the following outgoing ports must be enabled: 25 - 80 - 443.

Reference server: (plant name).aernovacloud.it

Alternatively, within the same local network, it is possible to access the SHARE device directly by entering its IP address.

Integration with Third-Party Systems

The SHARE system allows integration with other supervision systems through Modbus TCP/IP protocol and direct access to the Read/Write variables of the peripherals.

Standard addressing structure: (SHARE IP) / (Internal Modbus peripheral node) / (Modbus command register).

Standard Hardware Equipment

  • 1 HDMI Audio/Video output
  • 1 micro-SD slot for system configuration and backup
  • 1 power status LED
  • 4 USB 2.0 ports
  • 1 LAN port
  • 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
  • Switching power supply with emergency backup battery lasting 1 hour
  • Micro SD card reader

Available options

  • Up to 3 RS485 serial ports
  • Digital I/O module
  • Conversion interfaces for other communication protocols
