Standard technical/construction specifications:

The PD/D Series units have been designed for the production of hot and cold water for use in heating, conditioning and process manufacturing systems (on request the units may also work with glycol water) and comprise:

  • an AISI 316 stainless steel frame, with adjustable anti-vibration feet;
  • aluminium alloy panels lined with insulating/soundproofing material;
  • electrical panel with an IP rating of 55, with phase sequence relay and door lock, control and power distribution board with microprocessor, recorded events/alarms, on board or remote terminal;
  • scroll compressor(s) which work with HFC R-410A, HP + LP pressure gauges, liquid receiver, chiller cycle reversing valve;
  • general exchanger with braze welded plates, electromagnetic-operated flow meter, mesh filter, on/off valves, expansion tank, safety valve, pressure gauge, air vent, water outlet standard temperature range +6 °C +50 °C;
  • tube bundle heat dissipation exchanger with braze welded plates for geothermal and closed or open loop systems, with mesh filter, on/off valves, pressure control valve, solenoid valve with water hammer shock absorber flow rate calibration valve (for the heat pump), minimum water pressure sensor;
  • permanent magnet circulation pump, class “A” energy rating;
  • integrated storage tank (*) in 316 stainless steel with 19 mm thick panelling (mod. 21-71) or in galvanised steel with 30 mm thick panelling (mod. 52-152) and water discharge valve.

Design, manufacture and testing are all carried out in-company, guaranteeing quality products.

The model is produced in six versions:

  • PD: heat pump with general circulation pump;
  • D: chiller with general circulation pump;
  • *PD/AU: heat pump with inertia tank and general circulation pump;
  • *D/AU: chiller with inertial tank and general circulation pump;
  • *PD/AP: heat pump with inertia tank and circulation pump for internal primary circuit;
  • *D/AP: chiller with inertia tank and circulation pump for internal primary circuit.
